Jeff Lynne announces final ELO tour, Chase Center date

Jeff Lynne has announced his final tour with ELO. The 27-date The Over and Out Tour will kick off on Aug. 24 and will stop at Chase Center on Sept. 1.

There will be presales for ELO fans starting on Wednesday, March 20 at 10 a.m. local time. The general sale begins Friday, March 22 at 10 a.m. local time. VIP experiences will be available starting March 20. Jeff Lynne’s ELO last toured in 2019, performing classics like “Don’t Bring Me Down” and “Mr. Blue Sky.” The band made more than 20 top-40 hits across the U.S. and U.K. Lynne was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2023 and the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017. The band released its most recent record, From Out of Nowhere, in 2019.

Lynne is also a cofounder of The Travelling Wilburys and has produced and collaborator with the likes of The Beatles, Tom Petty, Roy Orbison, Joe Walsh and Bryan Adams.
