The producers of BottleRock have unveiled a new Latin music festival that will take place the weekend after its flagship event at the Napa Valley Expo.

The two-day Festival La Onda will take place using the same infrastructure and some (but not all of the stages) as BottleRock on June 1 and 2. The lineup, which will be announced next week, will include Latin musical acts spanning several genres like pop, rock, reggaetón, banda, mariachi, rap, norteño, cumbia, bolero and regional Mexican music.

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, Dec. 8, at 10 a.m. at the festival’s website.

Besides live bands and artists, the La Onda will feature DJs, local and regional Latin cuisine, spa, dance club and silent disco and VIP offerings.

It was not immediately clear if some of the artists performing at BottleRock would stick around for Festival La Onda, or whether producers planned to separate the two events.
