Stevie Nicks postpones shows in San Francisco, Sacramento following positive Covid test in band
Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac on Wednesday postponed her San Francisco show at Chase Center just one day before the concert, citing a positive COVID-19 test result and illness in her band.
A replacement date was expected to be announced in the near future, according to a spokeswoman for Chase Center.
The show was the third date of her Nicks’ 2023 tour, which runs through the end of June. A March 26 concert at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento was also postponed. The tour does not return to the West Coast, so the new dates will likely follow in late June or July, if not later.
These two shows are the second time Stevie Nicks has postponed Northern California performances since 2021, when she canceled an entire tour and a headlining slot at BottleRock Napa Valley due to health concerns over another wave of COVID-19.
