Sting bringing power trio to the Masonic this fall
Sting is hitting the touring trail once again, but this time with a power trio rather than a full band. His Sting 3.0 Tour runs from September to November, including two shows at the Masonic in San Francisco on Nov. 6 and 7.
The 17-time Grammy winner will perform with guitarist Dominic Miller and drummer Chris Maas (Mumford and Sons, Maggie Rogers). Sting fan club members get first crack at tickets, available now on his website.
Additional presales for Citi and American Express cardholders will start on Tuesday, March 12 at 10 a.m. local time and run through Thursday at 5 p.m. local time. The general sale will begin on Friday, March 15 at 10 a.m. local time via Sting’s website. Various VIP packages will be available, including special merch and more via vipnation.com.
The rock icon and Police frontman last performed in the Bay Area at Concord Pavilion last October, with his full band, before returning for a special engagement with San Francisco Symphony over the holidays.
