SAN FRANCISCO — Australian rapper and pop artist The Kid LAROI brought his “End of The World Tour” to The Warfield on Wednesday, approaching the end of a month-long North American tour.

The 19-year-old, whose name is Charlton Kenneth Jeffrey Howard, has built a reputation via his collaborations with the likes of Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Juice WRLD and Swae Lee, which have gone viral.

After a sheer curtain dropped to reveal LAROI and his band, which included a DJ, guitarist and drummer, they launched into “Let Her Go” and an energetic rendition of “Diva.”

With “Same Energy,” LAROI continued to power through with clear and flawless vocals while darting back and forth across the stage. He and his bandmates’ energy was dynamic, matching the enthusiasm of the crowd. Without stopping to catch a breath, he hopped around with his band to the chorus of his collaboration with Juice WRLD, “Go.” He followed the emo-like “Tell Me Why” with 2020 hit “Tragic,” from his debut mixtape, F*ck Love.

After his next tune, “Wrong,” The Kid LAROI threw in another F*ck Love cut in “Need You Most (So Sick),” as well as “F*ck You, Goodbye,” “Not Fair,” “What Just Happened,” “Selfish” and “Not Sober.”

The audience energetically bounced and sang along with him through most of the performance.

Taking a seat, LAROI was backed by an acoustic guitar for a stripped-down version of “Thousand Miles” before going into mid-tempo jams “So Done” and “Always Do.” Finally, he launched into Justin Bieber collab and Tik-Tok-famous smash “Stay” to enthusiastic cheers. After a quick break, he returned for an encore of “Without You.”

Ericdoa opened she show. Joined by a DJ, singer-songwriter Eric Lopez was celebrating his 20th birthday on stage. In fact, LAROI called him back out during his own set to serenade him with a rendition of “Happy Birthday.”

His set included bass-heavy mid-tempo number “Fool 4 Love,” “Heather” and emo/hyper-pop tune “Victim.” There was a brief attendee-instigated melee during “Cloak n Dagger,” which forced the singer to restart. Rolling into “Fanasize,”  Ericdoa concluded with “Sad4Whattt,” which was featured on HBO’s “Euphoria.”

Equally energetic with hyper singing, Ericdoa kept the crowd hyped.
