Motown Records on Friday announced it’s re-launching its Black Forum label with Martin Luther Ling, Jr.’s “Why I Oppose The War In Vietnam” speech, followed by spoken word albums by Stokely Carmichael, Langston Hughes and Margaret Danner, and Ossie Davis.
