Celine Dion reschedules tour, announces new Chase Center and Oakland Arena dates
Pop diva Celine Dion announced the new 2021 dates for all remaining North American dates on her Courage World Tour, which includes a new Chase Center stop on Sept. 3 and Oakland Arena on Sept. 4.
The remaining 16 North American tour dates, originally scheduled for this year, will now take place in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Other than the Bay Area dates, Dion will also perform at Sacramento’s Golden 1 Center on Sept. 1, 2021. A European tour was previously rescheduled for July 2021.
“I know how difficult this year has been for so many of us, and we are all looking forward to better days ahead,” Celine Dion said in a prepared statement. “I want to thank you for being so patient over the past few months while the team has been working on rescheduling our North American dates.”
Tickets purchased for the original dates will be honored for the rescheduled 2021 dates. For further ticket inquiries, you may reach out to your original point of purchase. The tour is in support of her 2019 album, Courage.
