Ed Sheeran, Pearl Jam, Stevie Nicks and Maná will join more than 75 acts scheduled to perform at BottleRock Napa Valley on Memorial Day weekend. The 11th iteration of the wine country music festival is stacked at the top with a rock juggernaut, one of the biggest pop stars in the world and an iconic singer-songwriter. It’s arguably the most blockbuster marquee in the festival’s history

Joining the headliners at BottleRock are R&B vocalist Kali Uchis, rapper Megan Thee Stallion and rockers Queens of the Stone Age. Three-day tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9 at the festival’s website. For BottleRock first-timer Sheeran, it’s his first Bay Area appearance since headlining Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara last year, on top of an intimate gig at Oakland’s Fox Theater.

Pearl Jam, who last played the Bay Area at Oakland Arena in 2022, will also be making its debut at BottleRock, as will Stevie Nicks, who was forced to cancel her appearance in 2021. It will also be a Bay Area return for Nicks following her Chase Center gig last month. For Megan Thee Stallion, the Bay Area seems to have become a staple—she performed at Outside Lands last summer and at BottleRock in 2021.

Popular Mexican band Maná will stick around after BottleRock and also headline the inaugural La Onda Latin music festival in Napa the following weekend.

Look further down the bill and find and eclectic array of pop, rock and hip-hop. Nelly and T-Pain will take the stage, as will rockers The Offspring and All Time Low. The lineup includes Bebe Rexha, St. Vincent and Norah Jones.

While the Foo Fighters won’t be on the bill, guitarist Chris Shiflett will take the stage, as will Chevy Metal, a cover band that featured the Foo’s late drummer Taylor Hawkins. BottleRock again includes some interesting acts lower down the bill, this year including Grace McKagan, daughter of Guns N’ Roses bassist Duff McKagan, and Akira Galaxy, niece of Pearl Jam’s Jeff Ament. The lineup also includes local band The Alive, whose drummer, Kai Neukermans, made a guest appearance with Pearl Jam at its Oakland show. Will there be a repeat engagement?

The Pearl Jam connections don’t end there. Also on the lineup is Brittany Davis, who’s in another band with Stone Gossard, as well as Eddie Vedder protege Linka Moja.

More acts will be announced at a later time.

BottleRock will be held May 24 to 26. As always, the festival’s Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage will return, pairing renowned chefs with an array of athletes, musicians and Bay Area luminaries. The culinary stage lineup will be announced at a later date.

Three-day general admission tickets start at $456, moving higher for the various levels of VIP. The festival often sells out, packing about 40,000 music fans into the Napa Valley Expo.

The daily lineups are expected to be announced once the festival sells out of three-day tickets. The last few years, that only took a couple of days.
