Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit, the original members of the Eagles, along with Deacon Frey and Vince Gill are bringing their Hotel California performances to San Francisco’s Chase Center on April 11 and 12 of next year.
Each night’s concert will feature a Hotel California performed in full with an accompanying orchestra and choir, followed by an additional set of the band’s hits.
Tickets go on sale Friday, Oct. 18, at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster.com. Prices range from $100 to $300, along with fees. American Express cardholders can purchase tickets before the general on-sale beginning on Oct. 14.
The Eagles recently performed these shows in Las Vegas, with 77 musicians and a 22-member choir.
The band’s Hotel California is the third best-selling U.S. album in history. After its release in 1976, it topped the charts and won two Grammy Awards for “New Kid in Town” and “Hotel California.” Several of the songs from the album have never been performed since the original “Hotel California” tour.
