North America’s first “drive-in festival” to take place next month in Orlando

The Road Rave
Heavy-hitter DJs Carnage, Riot Ten, Blunts & Blondes, Nitti Gritti and Gravedgr have joined forces for a concert that’s being called the first-ever drive-in festival of the COVID-19 era in North America.
“ROAD RAVE” will be held on June 6 at the Central Florida Fairgrounds in Orlando . The artists will perform on stage in front of a large screen, which will broadcast the show.
Capacity will be limited to 500 cars, with a minimum of two people and maximum of six people per vehicle. Concessions will be available onsite with food trucks as well as roaming golf cart vendors taking orders.
The event’s promoters—Carnage, Disco Donnie Presents, HTG Presents and Medium Rare—are encouraging attendees to wear masks at all times, even inside vehicles. Social distancing will be enforced with strict guidelines and restrictions on when attendees are allowed to safely leave vehicles.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will go toward the ANF COVID-19 Relief Fund, which provides assistance to vulnerable communities in Nicaragua during the coronavirus outbreak. Carnage (Diamanté Anthony Blackmon), who has collaborated with the likes of Migos, Mac Miller, ilovemakonnen, G-Eazy and Meek Mill, is from Nicaragua.
Tickets to the drive-in show cover a parking pass and a driver pass. Each additional passenger needs a separate ticket. Admission starts at $50 and is available online.
