Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi and Stacey Abrams will be joined by the likes of Michael Stipe, Hayley Williams and Margo Price on Monday at “Honor Her Wish,” an event honoring the legacy of Ruth Bader Ginsburg and pushing for the fulfillment of her request that her Supreme Court seat be filled after the Presidential inauguration in January.
The virtual event will be streamed Monday at 5 p.m. (8 p.m. E.T.), following the first day of Republican hearings to confirm President Donald Trump’s nominee, Amy Coney Barrett.
Additional speakers will include Senators Elizabeth Warren and Kirsten Gillibrand, Chelsea Clinton, musicians Phoebe Bridgers, Kesha and Kathleen Hanna; actresses Rosario Dawson and Regina King; activist Gloria Steinem, comedian Chelsea Handler and a few people close to Justice Ginsburg.
