SAN FRANCISCO — Toronto R&B duo Majid Jordan returned to the Bay Area following last month’s postponement due to an illness of lead vocalist Majid Al Maskati. An eager crowd filled the ballroom in anticipation for Al Maskati and multi-instrumentalist Jordan Ullman.

The crowd was greeted the Drake label OVO Sound signees with a warm welcome and Majid Jordan serenaded the audience with songs off their latest, self-titled, LP, including “My Love,” “Something About You,” and “King City.” Older material included “Her” and “Forever,” off the duo’s 2015 mixtape, “A Place Like This.” Following a short encore break, Major Jordan returned to perform “Learn From Each Other.” DJ TJ opened the show.
