Four fantastic female-fronted performers took the stage at an Oakland Popscene at The New Parish Thursday. Led by New Jersey-raised singer-songwriter Phoebe Ryan, the lineup also included Seattle-New York-Los Angeles dance pop duo Cardiknox (come back next week for an interview and video), Oakland native Frankie and Rococode. RIFF was there to capture the concert.
