SAN FRANCISCO — Melissa Etheridge is not only a talented musician but also an iconic rock star. Etheridge showed just what has given her a long-lasting career in music Tuesday at the Fillmore.
She has a love affair with her fans, and her voice tore through their hearts in San Francisco.
Whether on older songs or new material, such “Pulse,” a song she released in 2016 as a response to the Orlando nightclub massacre, she was speaking directly to each person in the room.
